Activity Level & How It Works

I wanted to provides some information on the "Activity Level" on our JM Cove. It's a new feature that we installed recently.

The activity level reflects how active the members are. It allows the admins & fellow members to take note of how active this member was.

For the admins or management team members, it represents the level of participation & contribution towards JM Cove. I wish to highlight that all admins or management team members should reach activity levels of at least 65% & above. Except for the case of Ocsimon & exam periods.

The "Activity Level" feature works this way:

The activity level works by counting the no of post a member has contributed over a period of 30 days. It doesn't counts how long or many time you have logged in to JM Cove. If you have 30 posts over the period of 30 days, our activity level bar will be 100% full. So let's said you only posts 10 posts in last 30 days, your activity level will only be 33.3%. That's how it calculates your activity post.
